Anti Inflammatory Nutritional Plan
Our anti-inflammatory nutritional plan is based on research performed by Dr. Steven Gundry (author of “The Plant Paradox”) which suggests that certain proteins contained in plants called lectins may be responsible for increased levels of inflammation and even autoimmune disease.
Lectins, which are found in many plants, can leak through the gut where they disrupt neural and hormonal communication between cells and trigger inflammation.
